| Holland. I have been told that a painter often draws the symbols of sight and touch. He/She first draws the eye that sees the object,then the hand that holds the brush. It is the first step of the journey,it is like testing the water with your toe. What happens when you are afraid of moving on,to darker waters?The testing becomes more accurate,you improve,but the meaning of this action fades,and as it fades,it depresses you, until you finally say, "lets move on". |
